Quality & Compliance

Documentation is part of the material, not an afterthought.

Quality-sensitive manufacturing depends on being able to prove what was supplied. Our sourcing and documentation process is designed around that requirement.

Supplier Qualification

Sources are assessed on manufacturing capability, documentation practice and consistency of prior supply before being approved.

Documentation

Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) available for each consignment, alongside technical and specification sheets.

Traceability

Batch and lot references recorded from manufacturer through to delivery, so any material can be traced back to its source.

Specification Control

Materials confirmed against the agreed specification before dispatch, with deviations raised before shipment rather than after.

Sourcing Standards

How a material becomes an approved supply

  1. 01

Requirement captured — material, grade, standard, volume and destination.

  2. 02

Candidate sources identified from the approved supplier network.

  3. 03

Documentation reviewed against the stated specification.

  4. 04

Sample or trial quantity supplied where formulation validation is required.

  5. 05

Supply confirmed, with batch documentation issued at dispatch.

Certifications

Placeholder badges — these will be replaced with the certifications Distex FZCO actually holds once confirmed.
